A Healing Walk through the Past is a journey to face and heal the shadow pieces of your life and turn them into valuable lessons and knowledge.
Facing past events and memories can be challenging and confrontational, but it’s a process we can’t keep avoiding or ignoring. If we want to live our life to the fullest we must face, acknowledge and accept our past.
You don’t have to do this alone. I’ll accompany and guide you on this journey.
How does a Healing Walk through the Past works?
A Healing walk through the Past contains 5 sessions as standard. The Focus Session is not included here. If you desire more sessions, we will discuss the possibilities and make the desired adjustments.
We’ll start with a Focus Session. This is a session where we determine a point from where we will start your journey. Which way the journey goes next depends entirely on what presents itself to you.
Each session we walk and work at your pace. We follow the flow of your energy and emotions. Supported by my instinct and gift I will adjust you where necessary to keep you focused and centered.
During the journey I’ll show you how your past affects your present and future life. I’ll teach you to pay attention to every unexpected twist that occurs and to investigate why it occurs and what role or value it has in your healing process.
You’ll learn how your mind and body process events and what effect certain events can have on your life. You’ll discover what kind of healing practices works best for you and how to apply them.
